Privacy Notice · How we handle your information

1. Scope

This notice applies to the website operated by Dream Logistics Supply Chain Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to below as 'we') www.dream-logistics.tech and its service detail pages, including but not limited to the international air freight rates page, the ocean freight (dangerous goods) BESS handling process page, the Russia / Central Asia / Europe trucking process page, the project cargo warehouse address page and case study details.

This noticedoes not applyto third-party websites you reach through links on this site. We recommend reading their own privacy policies before using those third-party services.

2. What information we collect

We follow the principle of data minimisation and collect only the information necessary to reply to enquiries and handle transport business.

• Information you provide yourself (enquiry form): your name, phone / WeChat, email (optional), the service you need, the destination country or port, and the cargo description (commodity, pieces, gross weight, volume, trade terms and so on).
• Information you provide directly by email: when you email us, the contact details, commodity descriptions, documents and other business information contained in the message body and attachments.
• Information recorded automatically by the server: when you visit this site, the server keeps ordinary access logs such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, access time and the page addresses visited. These logs are used only for site security, troubleshooting and traffic statistics, andare not used to identify or associate you with a particular individual。

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• replying to your enquiry and providing rates, transit times and logistics plans;
• once you instruct us, performing our contractual duties such as booking, customs and inspection formalities, document preparation, border operations, warehousing and stuffing, liaison with overseas agents and settlement reconciliation;
• archiving business records and meeting statutory record-keeping obligations;
• internal review of service disputes, quality complaints and safety risks.

Wedo notuse the above information for advertising, automated decision-making (such as automatic pricing or automatic order rejection), nor do we provide it to third parties unrelated to your transport instruction.

4. How form content is transmitted (please read closely)

This website is a static informational sitewith no backend database and no data interfaces. When you click Submit Enquiry, the page simply formats what you entered into an email and callsthe email client on your own device (such as Outlook, Foxmail or your phone's built-in mail app) to send it to our business mailbox.

6. Disclosure and sharing

WeWe never sell, rent or otherwise trade your personal information. Only in the necessary cases below may we disclose it to third parties, to the minimum extent required:

• To complete your transport instruction: passing the cargo and shipper/consignee information necessary to complete transport to carriers (shipping lines / airlines / rail and road carriers), customs brokers, border posts and ports, stuffing warehouses and overseas agents;
• To meet legal requirements: providing it in response to lawful requests from customs, tax, market regulation, judicial and other competent authorities;
• Service providers: providers of our email and office systems, who may process the information only within the scope of the services they provide to us.

These third parties may use your information only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant service, and we require them to assume confidentiality obligations in our engagement documents.

7. Information security

• This site uses HTTPS encrypted transmission throughout, preventing page content from being intercepted or altered in transit;
• the enquiries and business materials we receive are accessible only to staff in the relevant roles on a need-to-know basis and are not made public;
• Please note: email is not an absolutely secure means of transmission. Do not send ID documents, bank account numbers, passwords or other sensitive information by email; if the business genuinely requires it, please first confirm a more secure method with our operations staff.

8. Retention period

We retain your information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above, in accordance with statutory retention requirements:

• Enquiry correspondence without a transaction: deleted or anonymised once you state that you no longer need our services, or after a reasonable period.
• Transport records where a transaction took place (contracts, bills of lading, customs and settlement records and so on): retained until the relevant periods expire under international freight forwarding regulations and tax and customs retention requirements.

Subject to the statutory retention obligations above, you may ask us to delete your information earlier.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other applicable laws, you have the following rights over your personal information:

• to access and obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected or completed;
• to request deletion (to the extent permitted by law) or restriction of processing;
• to withdraw consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal).

To exercise these rights, please email samuel.chen@dream-logistics.tech setting out what you need and how to contact you. Once we have verified your identity we will reply within 15 working days. Where we cannot delete information because of statutory retention obligations, we will explain why.

10. Information about minors

This website is intended for businesses and commercial customers, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of fourteen. If you are a minor, please use this site only under the guidance of a guardian who has read and agreed to this notice.

11. Updates to this notice

If our information practices change materially (for example if we later launch online ordering or adopt analytics tools), we will update this page and mark a new update date. We recommend checking back from time to time for the latest version.
